For any illegal purpose including but not limited to the transmission or receipt of illegal material.
To contact or communicate with minors in a manner prohibited by law.
To violate copyrights or to break other forms of intellectual property law.
To engage in spamming, spoofing, hacking, indiscriminate advertising, unsolicited commercial mail, mass news posts, or any other kind of abuse of the net or via GSM/Webmessenger.
To transfer excessively large files. Files larger than a specified size are automatically cut off.
To feed a robot, automatic process, or other non-human browser.
To bypass blocking imposed by the owner of a bulletin board or discussion forum.
To transmit any unlawful, harassing, libellous, abusive, threatening, harmful, or hateful material of any kind or nature.

Myspace Browse keeps logs of useractivity for the sole purpose of handling abuse reports. These logs contain a record of web accesses made to and through our service. These logs are not revealed to anyone outside of our organization under normal circumstanses. BUT if you use this site for spamming, spoofing or any of the other prohibited uses as described above we will report this activity to the proper authorities. Login names and passwords are NOT being recorded by us. We cannot be held responcible if you lose your login name or password for any site you use trough our services

Will you give my IP adress to the authorities if i use this service to unblock my schools firewalls?
Awnser: No we will not - there is nothing illegal about this ;-)
